How to Submit

Submissions open the 29th of May, 2021.

Step #1 - Gather your Photos:

Start gathering your photos early. You can submit up to 10 photos. The judges and public will see all photos so make them good!

** If you are submitting a project with private photos please notify Stephanie Godwin with AGC via email.

 

Step #2 - Write your Narrative:

Begin writing your narrative. Please refer to the ACE Rules & Requirements by Category for narrative criteria as well as make sure it meets the below requirements.

A written narrative to be submitted in a PDF, maximum file size 10MB. The word limit is 1,500 word, Times New Roman 12 point font, line spacing 1.5 and 1” top, bottom, and side margins. There is a 10 page limit. The PDF will include the 1,500 word narrative along with up to 10 photos at the end.

Step #3 - Send photos

Upload and send us your photos on WeTransfer.com. Please also include your Narrative in the files you are sending. Here is what it should look like:

 

 

 

Step #4 - Submit Entry

Entrants need to fill out their submission form and upload their narrative. Entries will only be valid with payment.

 

 

Step #5 - Pay

Each entry is $295 and needs to be paid for before the deadline of Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2021 by 5:00pm MDT.
